CHECK IN / CHECK OUT 

The Hotel’s check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and check out is by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time.  Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.  The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are not available.

 TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING 

The hotel provides complimentary transportation from 7am – 10:45pm each day to and from the Rochester International Airport. Parking is also complimentary to guests.

SHIPPING TO FACILITY

The hotel must be notified in advance of any shipping arrangements.  The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage of any item left in the hotel prior to or following any function.  The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function.  A nominal storage feed of $5.00 per box will be charged for storage for those delivered outside of the 3-day window.
